Shoulder Shrugs – Doing shoulder shrugs in the morning has several benefits. Believe it or not, you can burn a few calories and stretch your body. To begin, you can stay seated on the edge of your bed or a chair. Make sure your feet are planted on the floor. Then, you can shrug your shoulders all the way up to your ears. Do at least 10 sets.
Reverse Oblique Crunch – This is a great exercise since it will help tone your abs and let you burn calories. You will feel this workout right away on your abs.
Walk or Run – A great workout in the morning is either running or walking. You can also jump on a treadmill if you like. Still, going outside will let you connect with the world and nature. Jumping Jacks – The jumping jacks will never go out of style and are one of the best cardiovascular workouts out there. They also help tone your deltoids and calves. Start by doing a few each morning and then slowly work your way up in reps.
Leg Squats – One of the good things about the leg squats workout is that they involve a few parts of your body. You will not only have your legs involved, but your knees and hips as well. These will burn after a while which is a great sign that they are working.
